Cable Drum Racking
A heavy duty steel racking system designed and manufactured to safely store Cable Drums, allowing for easy and unfettered access for the dispensing of cable. This modular system allows for installation in a variety of internal and external environments. Fully galvanised for external locations and balck powder coated finish for internal locations. The rack can be designed and manufactured to accommodate reels of various sizes and weights covering both standard and copper cable up to 2 tons in drum weight per storage location. A full canopy system can also be provided to protect form harsh weather environments. We also provide as an optional extra, a concrete base, to full industry standards to site the rack.
Rail Trolley Rack
A heavy duty bespoke designed and manufactured cantilever storage system, specifically for the safe storage of Rail Trolleys. Capable of storing 5 trolleys, the unit is manufactured using I beam sectional steel to provide strength to house these heavy trolleys. An extremely safe system which reduces the amount of floor space usually taken by trolleys and safely stores to reduce damage.
Bespoke Speedboard Bracket
A bespoke designed vertical bracket for the safe storage of speedboard sign posts. The stub cantilever arms allow for sectional vertical storage which can also be used for items such as pipes, boxed products and timber lengths.
Fence Pack Storage System c/w Canopy
A bespoke designed and manufactured specifically to store fence packs. These units can store 2 x 12’ packs side by side within a fully canopied system measuring 7.5m in length. Height is only 2m with a roof slope front to back. Can be provided with a rainwater system if required. We also offer a concrete base installation service if required.
Heavy Duty Long Span Racking
Extra heavy duty long span tracking system for use with a variety of heavier products. Each shelving level is supplied with 32mm treated boards giving each shelf a load capacity of up to 1000kgs (depending on bay width). Supplied specifically for indoor use but can be galvanised for exterior use if required
Shovel and Tool Rack
A heavy duty bespoke designed and manufactured modular shovel and tool storage rack. This provides vertical hanging for the safe storage of shovels and other long handled tools. The modular design allows for varying options of bay widths and height up to 2 metres.
Heavy Duty Steel Storage Boxes
A range of bespoke designed, made to measure heavy duty steel storage boxes. Fully hinged with or without steel dividers to create separate compartments. Generally supplied finished in Yellow (RAL1023) but can also be finished in Black Ideal for storing small plant and other equipment safely and securely by means of a padlock Boxes shown are for Lineside use and Stressing kit.
Barrier Boom Storage Racking
A heavy duty bespoke designed and manufactured cantilever storage system, specifically for the safe storage horizontally of barrier booms. Bays are modular and can be added to, providing sufficient length overall for the longer boom lengths. We also offer a concrete base installation service if required.
Bespoke Point Rod and Bar Rack
Extra heavy duty bespoke manufactured rack specifically to store point rods and extra long bars. Approx 1.8m wide x 1.8m high. Made with 3 levels of support to reduce bars from sliding in the vertical position and for various lengths of bars. Powder coated in black for quality finish
